Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned program manager to lead our projects and ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.

Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive management plans for scope, schedule, cost, resources, risks, and communication;
  • Create detailed work plans for each workstream;
  • Establish and lead change management committees and drive process adoption;
  • Monitor progress, generating performance indicators (planned vs. actual);
  • Lead governance routines (status meetings, steering committee sessions, etc.);
  • Drive project ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Meetings, retrospectives);
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment;
  • Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring on-time, in-scope, and within-budget delivery;
  • Navigate international stakeholder expectations and manage global technical teams involved in project execution;
  • Proactively identify and propose solutions for potential risks;
  • Moderate conflicts related to processes, resources, timelines, and priorities.
Requirements
  • Experience as Project/Program Manager;
  • Background in ERP implementations or full legacy system replacements in large-scale projects;
  • Leadership experience managing global programs with distributed teams across countries, time zones, and languages;
  • Familiarity with complex programs involving 3+ major platforms and system integrations;
  • Strong knowledge of waterfall, agile, and hybrid methodologies;
  • Technical acumen in IT (Solution architecture or development);
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese – will be evaluated during interviews;
  • A results-driven attitude, strong ownership, and practical involvement in day-to-day project execution.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with large software platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, Workday, or similar;
  • Knowledge of Brazilian fiscal legislation;
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as LEAN;
  • Certifications like PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent.
