Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress.
  • Participate in candidate interviews and assessments as needed.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical recruiter role at a recruitment agency.
  • Proven experience sourcing software engineers for startups and an understanding of various software engineering positions.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • A post-secondary degree in any field.
