Documentation Specialist

We seek a skilled documentation specialist to create comprehensive design documentation reflecting system functionality and design intent.

  • 4+ years of experience in content creation/writing for software or high-tech companies.
  • Advanced English is required.
  • Successful completion of a four-year college degree is necessary.
  • Strong understanding of API consumption and technical integrations.

The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio of writing samples and proven ability to develop clear, concise documentation meeting technical teams' needs.

Closely collaborating with engineering teams, the specialist will understand complex systems and create documentation accurately reflecting their functionality.

  • Ability to develop comprehensive design documentation reflecting system functionality and design intent.
  • Experience documenting user flows, platform features, and internal processes.
  • Ability to quickly understand complex systems and explain them clearly to various stakeholders.
