Job Position Overview

We seek an experienced Paralegal for remote work. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in personal injury law and exceptional organizational skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence.
  • Manage case files, ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
  • Conduct legal research and summarize findings to assist attorneys with case preparation.
  • Coordinate with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies regarding case-related matters.
Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Paralegal, with a strong background in personal injury law.
  • Prior experience working with U.S. law firms is required.
  • Strong knowledge of legal procedures, court filing requirements, and litigation processes.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
