Field Test Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Field Test Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform hands-on set-up, maintenance, testing, and customization of field equipment
  • Conduct hardware, software, and machine vision field tests of farm machinery
  • Provide in-field engineering support, including diagnosing and troubleshooting issues
  • Document testing execution and results in detail
  • Collect high-quality data to inform product development and improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create product documentation, instructions, and guides
  • Identify and track recurring issues, from problem identification to resolution
  • Develop and suggest design alternatives and support the development of new features and tools
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in supporting and maintaining agricultural electro-mechanical systems
  • Experience working with large field machinery and agricultural equipment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex software, electronics, and mechanical systems
  • Excellent customer-facing skills and team-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to travel to the field to provide hands-on support
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Engineering, or Computer Science
  • Fluent communication skills in both spoken and written English and Portuguese
