Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Software Integration Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new features and enhancing existing algorithms.

About the Role:
  • Develop new features and enhance existing algorithms using advanced programming skills and knowledge of software development processes.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and robustness of production algorithms, utilizing various tools such as vehicle, HIL, Dyno, Virtual, and rapid prototyping through the Vmodel software development process.
  • Interface with systems and calibration to fully understand requirements, develop implementation strategies, assess, and document impacts against regulatory requirements.
  • Markup models and ensure design meets functional/operational requirements, and validate design during production process.
  • Identify and highlight software issues, cooperate with cross-functional teams to support resolution.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Automotive, Electrical, Mechatronic, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Proven experience in Embedded Control System Software Development (min 3 years), testing, and validation.
  • Advanced experience with modeling and simulation tools: Matlab, Simulink.
  • Knowledge of AUTOSAR and System Desk Tool.
  • Experience with C programming.
  • Proficiency in diagnostic, communication protocols, data acquisition systems (ETAS-Inca, CANalyzer).
Requirements:
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Customer focus with a drive for results.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%, depending on project needs.

This is a mid-senior level position that requires strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities.
