Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Legal Counsel to join our organization. This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced legal professional to make a meaningful contribution to our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic legal advice and support across various aspects of our business, including commercial contracts, corporate and tax structuring, real estate, employment matters, intellectual property, and general legal advisory services.

As a key member of our legal team, the Legal Counsel will work closely with stakeholders to negotiate and draft agreements, conduct comprehensive legal research, and provide well-reasoned and practical advice on complex legal issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Contracts: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
  • Corporate and Tax Structuring: Assisting with corporate structuring, reorganizations, and tax-efficient planning.
  • Real Estate: Providing legal support on real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and property management matters.
  • Employment Matters: Advising on employment contracts, HR policies, terminations, and other employment-related legal issues.
  • Intellectual Property (IP): Assisting with IP registration, protection, and licensing.
  • General Legal Advisory: Providing ad-hoc legal advice on a wide range of legal queries that arise in the context of global activities.
  • Legal Research and Analysis: Conducting comprehensive legal research to provide well-reasoned and practical advice on complex legal issues across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaising and managing relationships with external legal counsel, financial advisors, tax experts, and other professional service providers.
