Lead Laboratory Assistant

We are seeking a talented Junior Laboratory Technician to join our dynamic team of innovators in the field of research and development, production, and sales of paints and coatings.

1. Production of Paints and Resins: Assist in the production of paints and resins on a laboratory scale, ensuring high-quality results and adhering to established protocols.
2. Laboratory Lot Monitoring: Monitor laboratory lots, tracking samples, and test results to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
3. Project Support: Provide support for projects from partnering areas, such as R&D and operations, by collecting and analyzing data via Excel/SAP/affiliated systems.
4. Research and Development: Conduct tests with paints and resins to develop new products and investigate their properties, contributing to the development of innovative products.
5. Laboratory Organization: Maintain a well-organized laboratory environment, ensuring efficient workflow and minimizing downtime.

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry: Possess a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
• CRQ (Chemical Registration) Active: Hold an active CRQ registration.
• English Skills: Have strong English skills, considered an asset.
• Research Experience: Have experience in a research and development laboratory setting.
• Availability: Be available to work on-site at the Guarulhos plant.
• MS Office Package: Be proficient in the MS Office package.
