Job Title: Regional Regulatory Affairs Manager

As a key member of our team, the Regional Regulatory Affairs Manager will play a critical role in shaping our regulatory strategy and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise professional employees to ensure effective teamwork and collaboration.
  • Monitor and implement regulation changes to maintain compliance and minimize risk.
  • Maintain strong relationships with government agencies and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute strategies for compliance and risk reduction.
  • Provide direct supervision, guidance, and coaching to employees.
  • Coordinate government interactions and compliance activities within the scope of the position.
  • Act as an expert-level leader within Regulatory Affairs.
  • Leverage technical and management skills to achieve business objectives through others.
  • Manage projects and portfolios to meet business needs.
  • Take ownership of complex programs designed to leverage expertise, ensure compliance, and meet business needs.
  • Act as a technical/RA expert on cross-functional projects.
  • Develop internal relationships independently to drive RA guidance adoption.
  • Be recognized as an expert within the organization.
  • Influence external functions, agencies, or trade associations regarding regulatory requirements.
  • Effectively communicate and present area of specialty at multiple levels.
  • Apply best practices and innovate novel solutions to gain advantages.
  • Identify and sponsor process improvements or simplification.
  • Oversee the development of procedures and controls to ensure organizational compliance.
  • Identify areas of risk and/or opportunity and define strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Interface with functional and divisional unit management to ensure compliance.
  • Provide supervision, guidance, and coaching to direct employees; including all human resource management duties.
  • Responsible for personnel management to include performance management, talent development, allocation of resources, objective setting.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Previous experience in similar positions.
