Market Access & Corporate Affairs Cluster Head

  • Responsibilities:

Foster talent development and capability building.

Develop strategic plans for pipeline and in-line products & treatments. Provide strategic guidance to the organization.

Build strong relationships with key payers to secure optimal reimbursement and formulary placement.

Lead pricing and reimbursement negotiations with government authorities and payers.

Engage with key decision-makers to shape policies and regulations that promote sustainable healthcare innovation and patient access.

Lead advocacy initiatives to raise disease awareness and enhance capabilities of patient groups.

Ensure communications, policy shaping strategy, and activities conform to corporate vision, mission, values, and business strategy.

Maintain Cluster Crisis Management readiness.

Develop a Corporate Social Responsibility strategy aligned with company values and community engagement objectives.
