Description

In a rapidly evolving and changing environment, you will play a key role in implementing and maintaining the Data Management framework across South America. Working closely with various stakeholders, you will be responsible for designing risk management strategies and ensuring data compliance.

Data Management is becoming increasingly important due to the large amount of data being generated and the rising number of related regulations. As a valuable asset, data must be managed with the same care and professionalism as customer products.

The Data Management Analyst supports the SA Data Management Officer and works on initiatives to help the organisation comply with policies and standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing and maintaining data governance, including policies, procedures, and rules, in line with global standards and best practices.
  • Initiating and monitoring data management initiatives within SA.
  • Implementing reference data by understanding policies and N&F and defining procedures for monitoring adherence.
  • Understanding roles and responsibilities and recommending applicability to RDQB/working committees.
  • Maintaining data management indicators to ensure compliance with policies, standards, functions, and responsibilities.
  • Contributing to knowledge acquisition in the business context and unifying the data vision in the company.
  • Establishing relationships with local, regional, and global stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Solid experience in data management, quality, or a similar field.
  • Knowledge and experience in data management frameworks.
  • Pragmatic, organised, and able to make sound judgements.
  • A strong communicator who can articulate ideas effectively.
  • Fluent English language skills (writing and speaking).
