The role involves working closely with various clients in the Data & AI department, handling challenging situations, and getting up-to-speed quickly with new technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in functional discussions with clients on their business plans, focusing on data governance, risk management, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with clients in the Data & AI department to deliver high-quality services.
  • Effectively handle complex technical issues and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in data governance, risk management, and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Experience in data governance, risk management, and compliance, as well as proficiency in Cognos reporting and delivering services to IT clients.
  • Ability to navigate complex technical issues and get up-to-speed quickly with new technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
