Business Process and Data Analyst

This is a global opportunity to drive the execution of master data management in systems.

  • Manage a queue of requests for counterparty master data, ensuring validity, accuracy, and timely completion within service level agreements.
  • Evaluate process needs and collaborate with teams to identify efficiencies in achieving automation and standardization.
  • Lead projects to improve processes and data quality, identifying issues and root causes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze business process and data to ensure optimal support and service.
  2. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  3. Develop and implement effective data governance processes.
  4. Coach and train associates on data work and projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in finance, data governance, or equivalent business experience.
  • 2+ years of experience supervising and leading a team.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English.
