This position plays a pivotal role in our Finance group, focusing on data management and governance.
We seek an expert business process and data analyst to drive the execution of global master data management in our systems.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with associates and team members, leveraging strong communication skills to facilitate standardized and efficient data management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Request Management: Manage an ongoing queue of requests for counterparty master data, ensuring all requests are valid, accurate, and completed within service level agreements.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate process needs and collaborate with data team members, businesses, and IT to identify efficiencies in achieving automation, standardization, and continuous process improvement.
- Project Leadership: Manage and lead projects to improve processes and data quality, identifying issues, root causes, and gaps.
- Team Collaboration: Lead and guide team members to implement enterprise best practices, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
- Cross-Functional Relationships: Develop and grow strong cross-functional relationships to ensure the achievement of department and business objectives.
- Technology Decisions: Participate in technology decisions to enable & enhance data governance processes and data quality monitoring by performing requirements analysis and testing.
