Real Estate Acquisitions Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Acquisitions Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our investment team, you will be responsible for assisting with underwriting and analysis of real estate deals, drafting and submitting Letters of Intent, managing deal documents, and tracking approvals.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with due diligence, coordinate loan document submissions, and manage closing processes and transaction timelines.
- Track construction budgets, milestones, and timelines, manage contractor bids, vendor outreach, and communications.
- Maintain accurate financial records, track expenses, prepare budget summaries, and support investor reporting.
- Proven experience in real estate acquisitions, underwriting, and project coordination, with a strong understanding of construction budgeting and deal analysis.
- Solid experience with financial organization, bookkeeping, and reporting, with exceptional organizational skills.
- Familiarity with U.S. real estate markets, including residential, commercial, and self-storage properties.
- Work directly with founders and decision-makers, playing a vital role in closing high-impact deals.
