Job Title: Formula Management Analyst

As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for formulating and maintaining our product formulation system. Your primary focus will be ensuring the accuracy and accessibility of product data, driving informed decisions, and seamless collaboration.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the subject matter expert and primary contact for all things IPA—troubleshooting, training, and guiding users globally.
  • Maintain and improve the accuracy of our formula database, ensuring error-free, regulation-compliant product data.
  • Manage the IPA administrative system—set up roles, approvals, and workflows, and keep them current as the organization evolves.
  • Generate and analyze data from IPA systems to drive continuous improvement across workflows and processes.
  • Support system upgrades, acquisitions, and new product launches by managing large-scale formula changes or uploads.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IPA processes align with quality, safety, and business goals.
  • Assist with global commercialization projects and integrations to ensure seamless, reliable data flow between platforms.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Engineering, or other technical discipline.
  • Experience working with formulas, either in manufacturing, development, or technical service.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
