We're inviting applications for the role of Procurement Analyst, Master Shopper, where you will focus on finding the best suppliers to support our business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a good understanding of the procurement cycle, from PR to PO creation, and resolve queries related to vendor, PO amendment, and training.
- Validate and review quotes and supporting documentation attached in the purchase requisition.
- Perform compliance checks and create purchase orders in the relevant system.
- Effectively manage internal and external customers on queries related to purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Follow up with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve queries via the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Perform tasks within assigned timelines and communicate progress effectively.
- Develop ideas and strategies to improve operational efficiency, add value, and aid business performance.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of basic transactional procurement experience.
- Understanding of the complete procurement cycle is an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience with Coupa or similar systems for procurement and CRM tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Language: Portuguese and English.
