Job Summary

Seeking a talented and experienced Art Department leader to join our team. As a key member, you will have the opportunity to work with experts on game production.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and train Art Managers, Art Producers, and QA&QC teams
  • Lead R&D initiatives to stay up-to-date on technology and trends
  • Work closely with recruiting team to find top talent
  • Supervise, train, mentor, motivate, and support artists
  • Develop custom pipelines for projects with specific creative and technical needs
  • Collaborate with Heads of other departments to ensure the right professionals are part of the right projects
Requirements:
  • Excellent leadership fundamentals and attention to detail
  • Proven experience with various game genres and art styles
  • Up-to-date knowledge of game art and industry understanding
  • Proven experience in design, media, or related entertainment industries and art direction/project leadership
  • Impeccable communication and presentation skills
