Your Responsibilities:
- Standardize policies and procedures across all branches serving Key customer groups.
- Foster robust commercial relationships with buyers, managers, and clerks at central offices and primary branches of Key accounts.
- Facilitate internal and external communications between Chave and Ceva accounts.
- Conduct periodic visits to central offices and main branches of Chave customers.
- Support sales coordinators who work directly with branches of Key customers.
- Oversee investments, develop action plans, and strategize campaigns for Key clients.
- Execute marketing initiatives, trade strategies, and incentive programs.
- Regularly analyze performance indicators of key customers and prepare comprehensive reports.
- Coordinate and disseminate Key account-related information to all relevant parties, including Board members, Management, Coordinators, and Commercial Representatives.
- Keep the company informed about competitors' actions and offerings concerning these key customers.
- Utilize OMNIS 360 for planning and documenting customer management activities, including visits, sales, campaign utilization, and proposals.
Your Qualifications:
- Completed higher education in Veterinary Medicine or Animal Science.
- Technical and commercial expertise in the livestock product portfolio.
- Understanding of market positioning and marketing channels.
- Proficiency in Office Suite: Excel - PivotTable, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong negotiation capabilities.
- Intermediate proficiency in English.
