Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Field Team Leader to spearhead our team's performance. In this role, you will be responsible for aligning monthly and weekly action plans with our QCT Analysts to ensure the highest quality standards.
- Develop and execute field actions based on insights gained from QCT Analysts and regular reports.
- Provide timely feedback and status updates on action points to Delivery Leaders and QCT Analysts.
- Effectively manage the team: resource allocation (hiring, interviews, terminations, documentation), KPI monitoring, and achievement.
- Deliver practical training and coaching to Auditors, empowering them to excel in their roles.
- Oversee hardware management: preparing devices for Auditors to ensure seamless operations.
- Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the field is required.
- Intermediate English and Spanish skills are desirable.
- Familiarity with CDAR methodology, tools, and processes is highly desirable.
- Professional maturity in interpersonal relationships and work is essential for success in dynamic environments.
- Ability to understand situations, tasks, problems, and opportunities is crucial.
- Proficiency in collaboration tools, such as MS Office and chat software, is necessary.
- Availability for travel during data collection periods is mandatory.
- A proven track record of achieving 'Achieved Goals' or 'Exceed Goals' in previous performance evaluations is highly valued.
