About The Role

As ERW Operations Manager, you will steer day-to-day field execution in Goiás, aligning ZeroEx, Anglo American, and local stakeholders. You'll own logistics, schedules, and rapid troubleshooting so our science and sampling run like clockwork from August onward.

What You\'ll Do
  • Team & Project coordination: work closely with field teams, Anglo American and ZeroEx to align objectives, coordinate tasks, track progress and solve operational challenges.
  • Project Set-up & Planning: Develop and maintain logistics plans, including logistics workflows, documentation and reports
  • Field visits: Participate in field visits to understand execution challenges and improve coordination between planning and on-the-ground realities
  • Process improvement: contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes by integrating feedback and lessons learned to implement best practices.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Producing concise status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintaining farmer relationships to secure ongoing field access.
  • Supporting MRV researchers with sampling schedules and data integrity checks.
Desired Knowledge And Experience
  • Degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Agronomy, Logistics, or similar.
  • 5+ years in Brazilian agriculture, project management, or comparable field roles.
  • Proven record of industrial or academic collaboration in ERW-adjacent work.
  • Portuguese & English fluency; Spanish a plus.
  • Willingness to travel across rural Goiás.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with carbon markets or MRV standards.
  • Hands-on GIS or farm management software experience.
  • Safety-first mindset and basic HSE certification.
