About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team at Launch Potato, a leading digital media company. As a key member of our data science team, you will play a pivotal role in developing deep personalization models and complex optimization algorithms to drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement machine learning solutions to optimize business decisions and improve customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including analytics, engineering, product, and business intelligence, to drive data-driven decision making.
  • Develop and maintain large-scale machine learning models and algorithms to drive business growth and customer engagement.
  • Provide data science support and guidance to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in machine learning and data science.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in data science and machine learning.
  • 2+ years of experience in the marketing/advertising industry.
  • Solid background in machine learning and statistics.
  • Professional experience designing and implementing Multi-Armed Bandit (MAB) solutions and recommendation systems.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and working with data science tools.
  • Experience creating ML solutions within cloud services (AWS/GCP).
  • Experience with ML model development lifecycle.
  • Experience with data visualization (preferably Looker).
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and deep learning models.
