About The Role

\

We are looking for an experienced Learning Experience Designer to join our AI-First Learning department. In this role, you will design and deliver engaging learning programs for employees, while using AI tools to scale and personalize learning across the organization.

\

As a Learning Experience Designer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to create effective training programs that drive measurable results. You will be responsible for managing and updating content in LMS platforms, tracking and reporting on learning outcomes using data and feedback, and supporting AI adoption workshops and training sessions for employees.

\

This role requires strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory, as well as experience with LMS platforms and authoring tools. You should be comfortable using AI tools to support learning content design and delivery, and have strong communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills.

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, or a related field\
  • Proven ability to design and deliver training programs that drive measurable results\
  • Experience with LMS platforms and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, Vyond)\
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory\
  • Comfortable using AI tools to support learning content design and delivery\
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills\
