Logistics Supply Chain Operations Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned logistics professional to oversee our supply chain operations in Brazil.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate freight, distribution, and other logistics activities to optimize the flow of goods and information.
- Develop and implement effective management strategies to meet customer timeliness requirements.
- Manage costs by reviewing transportation and distribution expenses to ensure cost control and efficient resource allocation.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with carriers, evaluate their performance, and select suitable partners to match business needs.
- Monitor order operations in real-time, identify and resolve abnormalities promptly to ensure smooth order completion.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B to B or B to C operation and distribution front-line operation and management.
- Experience in tripartite distribution management and local high-quality supplier resources.
- Proficient in data analysis, familiar with supply chain information systems, able to use data analysis to optimize supply chains.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, problem-solving skills, and ability to lead and handle various affairs independently.
- Fluent in English or Chinese.
