Electrical Systems Specialist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Systems Specialist to fill a critical role at our mountain resort.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our electrical systems, including maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

  • Maintains and monitors resort electrical systems, identifying and addressing potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Operates and maintains resort generator systems, ensuring seamless power supply during peak periods.
  • Troubleshoots and repairs electrical system failures, minimizing downtime and ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborates with Lift Maintenance and Facilities Maintenance departments to ensure optimal performance and safety of electrical systems.

Requirements:

  • Oregon Driver's License
  • Oregon manufacturing plant Journeyman license
  • Minimum 5 years experience in plant maintenance working as a Journeyman
  • Ability to work outside in winter environment, work at heights, work with hand tools and power tools; perform necessary work functions while wearing a full body harness or other personal protective equipment; and walk on uneven or irregular surfaces

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in maintaining a power distribution system
  • Ability to drive a vehicle in winter conditions
  • Ability to operate a snowmobile
