Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Senior Geotechnical Specialist to provide expert technical guidance to customers in LATAM.
This role involves providing technical support, configuring products to address customer issues, and serving as a liaison between customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities:- Deliver best-in-class customer experience by providing product and system expertise to maximize customer value.
- Compile procedure and technical documentation for bidding purposes;
- Conduct topographical slope analyses using GIS software and Civil 3D.
- Collaborate with external drafting teams to ensure compliance with templates, reviewing/redlining drawings, and maintaining quality standards.
- Modify drawings based on customer feedback and use insights to enhance templates, notes, and technical views.
- Develop and manage a competitor intelligence database.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions that enhance product functionality and performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
Experience of fixed structure and foundation design is preferred.
