Our organization is seeking a Senior Data Architect to design and evolve scalable, high-performance data systems in cloud environments. This strategic technical role will be responsible for defining architecture and guiding engineering across the entire data platform—from ingestion to analytics.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and evolve robust, scalable architectures for data lakes, data warehouses, data marts, and operational data stores in cloud environments.
- Develop and optimize real-time and batch data pipelines using tools like Apache Airflow, Pentaho, PL/SQL, and Bash scripting.
- Architect and implement parallel processing workflows to support high-volume ingestion and transformation of structured and unstructured data.
- Deliver business-driven data insights leveraging AI tools to increase project delivery rates.
- Ensure data quality and governance throughout the pipeline lifecycle.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate functional and non-functional requirements into technical data architecture solutions.
- Lead and mentor data engineers and cross-functional teams in best practices for data modeling, pipeline design, and cloud infrastructure optimization.
- Establish data standards, policies, and frameworks to ensure data security, compliance, and operational resilience.
