Job Overview:

A skilled Contract Administrator is sought to manage the effective lifecycle of customer contracts, ensuring accurate and timely completion of contractual tasks.

The ideal candidate will lead administration activities, managing bid responses, contract issues, and renewals.

  • Manage all administration activities around the contract lifecycle.
  • Carry out daily operations and workflow of the contract team.
  • Maintain master files and databases on bid responses, contract issues and renewals.
  • Prepare reports and assist in development of presentations.
  • Review, understand and manage customer contracts.
  • Support the resolution of issues linked to contractual, billing, financial and/or process issues.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Recently graduated in Business Administration, Accounting or Economics.
  • Relevant experience in working with finance, billing, contract management and/or compliance is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
