Product Marketing Specialist

This is a senior-level role that requires the ideal candidate to have experience in product marketing, specifically with performance ads. The successful applicant will be responsible for driving growth and adoption of our products in LATAM markets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build expertise in the most nascent TikTok advertising products and leverage these products to achieve customer goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing or product management, with a focus on performance ad products.
  • 10+ years of experience in the digital advertising industry.
  • Strong knowledge of sales and marketing processes.
  • Proven track record of creating value through strategic product marketing.
  • A fast learner with good judgment and original thinking.
  • A commercial mindset with experience building business cases from market research and analysis.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Logical thinking ability, teamwork spirit, strong sense of responsibility, and professionalism.
  • Courage to challenge and ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business environment.
