We're seeking a seasoned Machine Learning Engineer to spearhead the development of cutting-edge AI solutions.

About the Role:

This is an opportunity to join a forward-thinking organization and contribute to the design, development, and optimization of machine learning models using LangChain and Python.

  • Design, develop, and refine complex machine learning models for real-world applications.
  • Create scalable APIs, databases, and user-facing services for delivering ML/AI solutions.
  • Develop and maintain robust data pipelines for training and model evaluation.
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Extensive experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI-powered applications.
  • Strong understanding of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and vector databases.
  • Experience integrating and deploying ML models in production environments.
  • Develop clear documentation on ML workflows, architectures, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and scalable AI infrastructure.
  • Ability to work through new and challenging issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
  • Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
  • Forensic attention to detail.
  • A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
  • Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams.
  • Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
  • Ability to take ownership over your work.
  • Ability to identify with the goals of our clients, and dedicate yourself to delivering on the commitments you and your team make to them.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Advanced English required.
  • Successful completion of a four-year college degree required.
  • 40 hours per week commitment.
