We are seeking an accomplished professional with extensive expertise in Artificial Intelligence to develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models.
- Develop cutting-edge RAG models for efficient search across vast medical and scientific document collections.
- Implement sophisticated pre-processing and embedding techniques to ensure accurate and contextual search results.
- Create strategic semantic chunking approaches and refine the automated evaluation pipeline.
- Fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for tailored textual RAG applications.
- A minimum of one year's experience as a Search Engineer or AI Engineer.
- In-depth knowledge of Search Technology, particularly OpenSearch and scalable search systems.
- At least two years of Python development experience, encompassing API creation, model training, testing, and backend programming.
- Familiarity with LangChain for constructing LLM workflows using tools, memory, and retrieval.
- Proficiency in AWS infrastructure (IAM, VPC, S3).
- Experience with RAG architectures, specifically textual RAG use cases.
