We achieve unheard-of conversion rates, an up to 10x improvement over the human-driven process. Our AI Coordinator answers prospective patient questions based on the clinical trial documentation, schedules appointments, collects patient information, runs pre-qualification questionnaires, and assists with patient onboarding.
We compress recruitment timelines from many months to a few weeks across multiple therapeutic areas. Our seamless mass outreach capabilities allow us to work with many of the largest US clinical research site networks.

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Manual QA (Software Tester) with exceptional attention to detail to join our integrated role. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on following structured checklists, validating customer configurations, and ensuring every customer launch is smooth and error-free.
You'll be the last line of defense before a customer goes live—verifying surveys, checking portals, making API calls to external systems for data validation, confirming data flows, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
