Job Opportunity:

The Quality Assurance (QA) Automation Lead position entails building and evolving a centralized test automation framework to support multiple product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive test coverage strategy across distributed QA teams
  • Automate functional, regression, and smoke tests across UI and API layers using modern tools like Selenium and Cypress
  • Collaborate with engineers and QA leads to align testing practices and improve quality engineering
  • Proactively identify and close test coverage gaps to ensure seamless delivery
  • Evaluate and potentially incorporate TestComplete into the toolchain to enhance automation capabilities

Requirements:

  • Experience in building test automation in fast-paced product engineering environments
  • Strong understanding of manual QA fundamentals as a foundation for effective automation
  • Exposure to multi-team or multi-product test environments and experience writing test cases for APIs and UI workflows
  • Ability to design or extend test frameworks using modern tools and advocate for scalable, automation-first quality engineering
