
Digital Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Marketing Cloud specialist to join our team. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for building and delivering customer communication solutions using SMS and other digital channels.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and develop production-ready delivery modules within our platforms.
- Build automation and campaign journeys using Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
- Develop database processes in support of automation and work with DBA resources to improve existing marketing programs.
- Monitor deployed communications and identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Drive process and documentation improvements to increase team efficiency.
- Ensure the accuracy of outbound marketing campaigns through quality assurance.
- Use scripting to provide dynamic data to communications.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience using an enterprise marketing automation platform: Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred.
- Advanced English language proficiency is required.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or C#.
- Experience working with SQL queries and relational databases.
- Experience working with B2B and B2C contexts.
- Solid troubleshooting skills and ability to communicate effectively with senior management.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple partners including MarTech Platform Team, Data Platform, and Marketing Managers.
