As a dynamic and results-driven Customer Support professional, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through proactive communication, efficient order handling, and effective issue resolution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing customer inquiries via email and phone, ensuring timely responses to cancellations, returns, deliveries, claims, and product requests,
  • Processing customer orders over the phone, offering purchase guidance, and facilitating efficient order handling,
  • Collaborating with suppliers to address delivery delays,
  • Communicating essential customer messages to key departments such as Category Management, Logistics, and Product Data.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proficiency in the German language (C1), as well as fluency in the English language at the B2 level,
  • A minimum of 1 year of support experience,
  • Excellent communication skills: able to handle customer complaints politely, professionally, and in a timely manner,
  • Ability to work independently as well as within different teams,
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills,
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools,
  • Fluency in German and English languages.
