Our Operations team is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure that all work meets high standards of quality while delivering exceptional services to our clients.
- Checking email daily for inspection documents and guidelines;
- Attending inspections punctually and communicating professionally with suppliers;
- Performing merchandise inspections according to company procedures and supervising container stuffing;
- Filling out inspection reports accurately and within deadlines.
Ideal candidates will have:
- At least 2 years of experience in quality management, especially in softlines, garments, textiles, or footwear;
- Knowledge of AQL standards and relevant safety and quality regulations;
- Good command of English (spoken and written);
- Strong attention to detail and professional ethics.
