We're seeking a skilled Content Strategy Specialist to join our team.
This role involves creating conceptual content curation strategies, considering targeted audiences, consumer habits, and global/regional content trends. You will design concepts aligned with airline markets and our global brand strategy, sorting and selecting content for various in-flight entertainment systems.
The successful candidate will support other teams to secure contractual obligations and keep headquarters updated about customer perception on the quality of the service delivered.
Responsibilities:
- Develop content curation strategies contemplating targeted audiences, consumer habits, and overall global/regional content trends;
- Design content concepts aligned with airline markets and global business strategy;
- Understand passenger profiles to properly tailor an assertive content strategy;
- Sort and select content for different systems;
- Manage data insights to create coherent content curation;
- Generate content license negotiations;
- Develop special projects through strategic partnerships;
- Involvement in product development features focused on content management;
- Produce assertive content strategies based on personalized passenger profiles.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish and English;
- High school diploma/GED (Bachelor's degree is a plus);
- Experience in the airline or entertainment industry is a plus;
- Customer service experience is a plus;
- Comfortable delivering internal and external presentations;
- Ability to manage people and lead projects;
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills;
- Self-starter with excellent problem-solving abilities;
