Detailed Summary:\

The role involves working on production activities, providing support to Caldeiraria and Soldagem teams with machine parts.

\

Key responsibilities include:

\
  • \
  • Laboratory testing and quality control of materials and tools in the manufacturing system.\
  • Conducting physical inventories and counting stored items, generating reports for tool and material control in Onshore and Offshore construction.\
  • Receiving, checking, and inspecting received products and materials based on production orders, preparing for manufacturing initiation.\
  • Evaluating parts to be assembled, consulting designs, technical specifications, and instructions, organizing work schedules and selecting materials and tools for use in manufacturing.\
  • Interpreting designs, risk assessments, cuts, assemblies, using various equipment (level, ruler, square, compass, level, micrometer) to ensure perfect usage conditions and manufacturing safety.\
  • Verifying completed work quality, cleaning equipment, and performing repairs when necessary.\
  • Periodically analyzing the operation of used equipment in task execution, testing, adjusting, and requesting corrective maintenance as needed.\
  • Assisting maintenance professionals in corrective and preventive maintenance services, aiming to meet operational needs in the area.\
  • Meeting repair demands related to the activity and according to planned by the Fabrication team.\
  • Demonstrated experience in tasks related to the position is desired, preferably in the Oil and Gas sector.\
  • Certification NR-12 is also desirable.\
  • Ensuring safe and efficient production processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and promoting teamwork.\
