Senior Treasury Professional

This role will serve as the primary custodian of treasury-related financial processes, encompassing intercompany settlements, month-end close, and reconciliations. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of treasury operations, with expertise in managing complex financial transactions and ensuring seamless integration with Accounting and Finance teams.


Treasury Operations & Process Management
  • Own and execute all treasury-related month-end close activities, including bank reconciliations, intercompany settlements, and FX gain/loss accounting, maintaining strict adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Financial Controls & Compliance
  • Support treasury-related audit requests, ensuring SOX-compliant documentation and facilitating efficient information sharing across departments.

Treasury Systems, Automation & Optimization
  • Lead treasury's role in ERP and treasury system implementations, upgrades, and integrations (e.g., Kyriba, ERP enhancements, automation tools, and AI initiatives), collaborating closely with IT and third-party vendors to drive process improvements.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, reconciliation, and workflows using automation tools, RPA, and AI-driven solutions, enhancing efficiency and reducing costs.

Collaboration & Strategic Support
  • Partner with Cash and FX teams to ensure seamless coordination across treasury operations, fostering open communication and aligning goals with organizational objectives.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives and provide ad hoc reporting or analysis as needed, utilizing data analytics to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in Treasury, Accounting, or Finance, ideally in a global organization, with a proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong knowledge of intercompany accounting, FX transactions, and financial close processes, with expertise in working with ERP and treasury systems (e.g., Kyriba, SAP, Oracle).
  • Demonstrated experience leading or contributing to financial systems and/or automation projects, showcasing analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills, with a strong ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic matrixed environment.
