Job Title: Manufacturing Specialist
This role is a key position in our production team. As a Manufacturing Specialist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment, ensuring quality control, and working collaboratively with the team to meet production goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate molding and trimming presses to produce high-quality products.
- Ensure accurate setup of equipment and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Process products through washing and drying processes, and apply special treatments as required.
- Set up pack scales for weighing and packing finished products, and prepare carton labels for boxing and shipping.
- Inspect products to ensure quality and alert supervisors to any issues preventing meeting production and quality expectations.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- No minimum work experience required.
- Acute attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills, including use of mouse and keyboard.
- Ability to apply Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- General use of computer workstation and ability to use SAP commands preferred.
