Key Role Summary:

Our business unit is seeking a dedicated professional to play a critical role in maintaining optimal maintenance and inventory processes.

This position requires strong analytical, communication and hands-on skills to support end-users and maintain system data integrity.

The selected candidate will be a key contributor to our continuous improvement initiatives, working collaboratively with various teams to enhance operations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing support for Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) activities across all operating assets in Brazil.
  • Deliver hands-on training to end-users on IFS CMMS and related maintenance and inventory processes.
  • Monitor CMMS system usage, advocate best practices, and implement efficiencies to protect the integrity and functionality of the system.
  • Contribute to the evaluation and enhancement of Maintenance & Inventory KPIs across Brazil's operational units.
  • Support functional managers in analysing maintenance and inventory performance.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency within the CMMS, collaborating effectively with team members.
  • Actively participate as a member of the Support Issue team, executing tasks and responsibilities related to maintenance and inventory support.

Duties:

  • Engage actively in meetings to foster collaboration and communication.
  • Conduct regular reviews and analyses of maintenance-related KPIs for Brazilian units.
  • Perform both offshore and onshore site visits to aid in system usage and facilitate training opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integrated processes.
  • Carry out additional tasks and responsibilities as required, contributing to the broader goals of the department.
