Job Title: Advanced Support Associate

The purpose of this position is to provide advanced support services in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor grant budgets and execute payments in accordance with grant priorities
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and preparing background materials
  • Collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to ensure effective project execution


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years of general work experience, with a focus on administrative support
  • Advanced knowledge of office software applications, including MS Word, Excel, and Access
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse populations
