We are seeking a highly skilled KYC/CDD Process Optimization Expert to join our team. As a KYC Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting thorough verification case reviews, including individual and corporate verifications.
You will review and confirm the results of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and economic sanctions blacklist screenings, as well as coordinate with other departments on Compliance Workflows and Process Improvement.
In this role, you will assist in enhancing the global customer KYC/CDD process, analyze vendor review situations, and seek better solutions.
You will also conduct research on the KYC/CDD regulatory requirements and documentation for different countries, complete research reports, and support the implementation of AML Policies and Compliance Standards.
Additionally, you will be responsible for dealing with complex High-Risk Customer Cases related to Portuguese and Spanish, and provide assistance to the Team Leader in completing other related tasks.
