Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced industrial engineer to design, plan, and implement integrated production systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement projects that optimize industrial processes through standard engineering practices.
  • Establish time standards for process steps in a product-process-time database.
  • Analyze industrial engineering metrics for assigned customers or areas.
  • Coordinate layout and facility moves for assigned customers or areas.
  • Review data in a product-process-time database to ensure accuracy and compliance with standardized processes.
  • Monitor system configurations to ensure adherence to standardized systems.
  • Support process improvement by developing a solid foundation of processes and ensuring data integrity throughout the organization.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of industrial engineering tools, including work measurement, process mapping, facilities, and workstation design.
  • Understanding of global strategies and direction.
  • Knowledge of site capabilities and how they tie back to company strategies and direction.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, Visio, Project, and AutoCAD software.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and implementing integrated production systems. They will analyze industrial engineering metrics, develop time standards, and monitor system configurations to ensure adherence to standardized processes.
