About the Role
  • You will assist in providing expert legal advice and guidance to management across a range of legal issues or within a specialist area.
  • You will conduct thorough research and prepare complex legal documents, including contracts and agreements.
  • You will participate in the development and implementation of legal strategies and ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and directives.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist the Head of Legal in providing expert legal advice and guidance to management.
  2. Conduct research and prepare complex legal documents.
  3. Support contract review and negotiation.
  4. Participate in the development and implementation of legal strategies.
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and directives.

Requirements
  • Graduate degree in law.
  • 0-2 years of experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to be agile and keen to learn.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong interest in technology and process improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and ethical standards.
  • Proficiency in spoken & written English language is required.
