Legal Assistant Position

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our team. As a Paralegal, you will play a critical role in supporting the Global Legal & Integrity Team.

Your primary responsibilities will include handling documents and urgent matters for our clients. You will assist lawyers in drafting, reviewing, and amending contracts, memorandums, and non-disclosure agreements. Additionally, you will edit and proofread various contracts and draft legal correspondence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of high-quality legal documents and contracts.
  • Assist with risk mitigation and opportunity identification to ensure timely document delivery.
  • Prepare statements and interview notes for investigations.
  • Conduct quality assurance on selected cases.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Law.
  • Minimum two years of experience in related work area, focusing on contracts/NDAs.
  • International contract experience is an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft O365, specifically MS Lists, Teams, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory, with Spanish being highly desirable.
