We are seeking a seasoned legal professional to join our team as a Legal Counsel for Brazil. This key role will involve providing expert legal assistance to all Business Units, ensuring the highest standards of compliance and excellence in contract analysis and negotiation.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide comprehensive legal support to all Business Units during the entire contract lifecycle, ensuring full adherence to corporate regulations and processes.
- Develop, review, and negotiate contracts, reports, and other critical legal documents.
- Offer strategic legal advice and opinions to drive business growth and minimize risk.
- Analyze complex contracts and participate in high-stakes negotiations with customers and suppliers.
- Resolve legal matters and questions from across the organization, demonstrating expertise and professionalism at all times.
**Requirements:**
- A law degree and extensive experience as a qualified lawyer with a strong background in contracts and commercial law.
- Proven track record in contract negotiation and a solid understanding of business principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels and foster effective teamwork.
- The ability to implement strategic advice and deliver results-oriented solutions.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Familiarity with technological tools and solutions used in contract management and reporting.
- Experience in change management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
