Resident Technician Role

Job Overview:

We seek a skilled technician to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and installations on elevators and escalators in São Paulo, Brazil.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain equipment within your region to ensure optimal performance.
  • Adhere to 100% of the Route Sheet and Maintenance Plan for your region.
  • Proactively identify potential issues to prevent new calls.
  • Foster partnerships with regional businesses.
  • E nsure safety protocols are followed to protect yourself and users.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent technical training in Mechanics, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronics.
  • Familiarity with safety standards and certifications in NR10 and NR35.
  • Experience in elevator and escalator maintenance and service.

Work Environment:

The successful candidate will be based in São Sebastião do Paraíso/MG and must reside in the area.
