Role Responsibilities
The Premium Hub - Center of Expertise (CoE) within SAP Premium Engagement and Advisory is dedicated to delivering specialized support in application and technology domains for our MaxAttention, Active Attention, and Value Assurance clientele. As a CoE Consultant focusing on Planning Areas, your role will involve a comprehensive analysis of the End-to-End Procurement Process for our global clients, culminating in the presentation of your insights and recommendations to IT leadership. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Evaluating the maturity and performance of Business Processes, pinpointing improvement opportunities utilizing SAP IBP Modules. Engaging in hands-on system configuration, documenting business requirements, creating business process flows, functional specifications, and solution designs related to SAP IBP Modules. Providing remote and onsite assistance during critical customer scenarios, including Global Escalations or War Rooms.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Essential: A minimum of 2+ years of experience with two or more SAP IBP Modules such as Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), Demand Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Response and Supply. Proven experience in at least one end-to-end implementation of the IBP Modules mentioned. Familiarity with the integration between SAP ECC or S/4HANA and IBP through SAP Cloud Integration-Data Services (CI-DS) or Real-Time Integration (RTI). Proficient in Business Process analysis and reengineering.
- Preferred: Experience in complex projects within an international context. Certification in SAP IBP Modules is advantageous. Additional knowledge or certifications in SAP S/4HANA Logistics Solutions are a plus.
- Additional: The ideal candidate should possess at least a bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering. Strong customer focus, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork skills are essential. A proactive approach to networking, results-oriented mindset, and eagerness to learn are highly valued.
Language Proficiency
- Portuguese – Required
- English – Required, with proficiency in both spoken and written forms, as support will be provided to clients across the Americas.
- Spanish – Highly preferred.
Work Location
Candidates should be open to opportunities in Mexico City or Sao Leopoldo, Brazil.
