Service Contract Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Service Contract Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to administer and provide proper contract and warranty fulfillment, ensuring company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications are met.

Responsibilities
  • Review estimates of material, equipment services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure that service contracts and product warranties are complete and accurate.
  • Advise customers on basic contractual rights and obligations related to service contracts and product warranties.
  • Analyze data and update databases containing historical information regarding service contracts and warranties to identify problems and improve overall performance.
  • Develop bids and prepare process specifications, progress reports, and other reports related to service contracts and product warranties to ensure that established quality and customer satisfaction goals are achieved.
